Staff containers for workplace facilities

Staff containers can provide break rooms, changing rooms and other personnel facilities, including on construction sites. The layout depends on the number of users and the activities the space needs to support.

Layout and equipment

Start with the number of people on each shift. The layout may include changing rooms, a dining area, a rest room, lockers and sanitary facilities. State whether separate clean and dirty changing areas are needed.

The existing offer includes an electrical system with lighting, sockets and heating. Window sizes and positions, doors, roller shutters and partition walls can be discussed when preparing the specification. Tell us the expected number of users, preferred room arrangement and any additional equipment needed so we can prepare a suitable quote.

Price and quotation

Compare the room arrangement, lockers and other equipment, insulation, heating and any sanitary zone. Distinguish preparation for connections from the supply and installation of appliances.

When comparing quotations, check the agreed specification and distinguish the container price from transport, unloading, positioning and installation. A reliable quotation requires the location, planned use and equipment list.

Transport and installation

Provide the delivery town and country, gate dimensions, access restrictions and space for unloading. Agree who prepares the ground and utility connections, and which on-site works are included. Delivery arrangements and feasibility are confirmed for the location.

Describe access for the delivery vehicle, the unloading area and utility availability. Agree the ground preparation and the scope of connections between staff and sanitary modules.

FAQ

Can a staff container include a toilet and shower?

Yes. Sanitary facilities can be included in the same module or connected as a separate sanitary container.

Can clean and dirty changing rooms be separated?

Yes. The room layout, entrances and equipment are planned according to the number of users.

Can a staff container be used in winter?

It can be prepared for year-round use with suitable insulation, windows, heating and ventilation.

Do you provide delivery and installation in Poland?

We agree the delivery and installation scope individually, based on the location, access and foundation conditions. Send the site address and photos of the entrance and placement area so that unloading and the division of work can be agreed.

How should a staff container be sized for the workforce?

Tell us how many people work per shift and how many will use the changing rooms, dining area, toilets and showers at the same time. The type of work and any need to separate clean and dirty areas also matter. We use this information to agree the functions and layout; floor area alone does not determine the number of users.

What affects the price of a staff container?

The price depends on the number of modules, room divisions, insulation, installations and equipment. A changing room, dining area and module with toilets and showers each involve a different scope of work. Confirm equipment, transport, unloading, installation and utility connections separately in the quotation.

What information is needed for a staff facilities quotation?

Send the number of workers per shift, the rooms required, approximate dimensions or available area, location and target date. Include details of water, sewerage and electricity supplies and the planned period of use. Attach a layout sketch or site photos if available.
