Container MODULAR CONTAINERS

Modular container by iContainers

Modular containers for connected spaces

iContainers containers can be used individually or combined into larger arrangements. A project can bring together office, staff, storage, sanitary and residential functions. The number of modules and the layout depend on the intended use and the available space.

Layout and equipment

A modular building can combine offices, staff rooms, living areas and sanitary facilities. Horizontal connections, stacking and later expansion require project-specific structural confirmation. Provide a plan with entrances and circulation routes.

Send the planned floor area, room list, expected number of users and a sketch if available. Connections between modules and any stacking require individual technical confirmation. Discuss access, installations and possible future expansion during planning. The final specification, price and production timing are agreed for the project.

Price and quotation

Clarify whether the price covers one module or the complete building. Connections, sealing, installations, finishes and any upper storey must be included in the agreed scope.

When comparing quotations, check the agreed specification and distinguish the container price from transport, unloading, positioning and installation. A reliable quotation requires the location, planned use and equipment list.

Transport and installation

Provide the delivery town and country, gate dimensions, access restrictions and space for unloading. Agree who prepares the ground and utility connections, and which on-site works are included. Delivery arrangements and feasibility are confirmed for the location.

Provide the number of modules, a layout sketch and site photographs. Agree the positioning sequence, module connections, sealing and on-site installation work.

Completed projects

View completed projects. Choose an example close to your plans and describe the changes you need. The dimensions, equipment and delivery scope for your own project will be agreed individually.

Manufacturer and references

iContainers manufactures container systems to order. Learn about the company and review customer references. Technical parameters and any component documentation should be checked against the specification of the chosen configuration.

FAQ

It is a prefabricated module that can operate independently or be joined with other modules into a larger building.

Yes. Modules can create office, residential, staff, retail and service facilities.

Yes. Walls, doors, windows and installations are arranged during the design stage.

Tell us the building function, number of users, desired area, room list, equipment standard, location and target date. Mention any planned stacking or future expansion. The quotation covers the agreed number of modules, their connections and the agreed delivery and installation scope.

This is possible in a system designed for stacking. The number of storeys and structural solutions must be confirmed for the specific project.

Future expansion should be considered during design. Feasibility depends on the structure, utility layout and foundation conditions.

Yes. A building can combine different functions when its rooms, installations and connections between modules are properly planned.

We agree the delivery and installation scope individually, taking account of the location, access and site preparation.

Before work begins, confirm the layout and structure of the assembly, foundation method, utility routes and access for installation. Provide the location, a site plan and any available ground information. Foundation solutions and the scope of work must be selected for the specific project.

We agree the schedule individually after defining the number of modules, configuration, installation scope and site conditions. Tell us the planned opening date. Before ordering, confirm the dates for production, transport, positioning and joining the modules, as well as site and utility preparation.

Check the scope of the specific quotation. The complete assembly may also require module connections, installation work, finishes, transport, unloading and assembly. Ground preparation and utility connections also need a defined scope and division of responsibilities. Compare quotations for the same layout and specification.
