Layout and equipment

Plan the number of workstations, circulation space, a meeting room and any WC or kitchenette. A single module or connected offices can be considered. Year-round use requires insulation, windows, heating and ventilation matched to the intended use.

Tell us the required floor area, number of users, preferred window and door positions and equipment needs. Heating, insulation, electrical installations and any kitchenette or sanitary area should be agreed in the project specification. Price and production timing depend on the confirmed scope.

Price and quotation

Transport and installation

Provide the delivery town and country, gate dimensions, access restrictions and space for unloading. Agree who prepares the ground and utility connections, and which on-site works are included. Delivery arrangements and feasibility are confirmed for the location.

For an office with a WC or kitchenette, describe the available water, wastewater and electricity connections. Include photos of the access route and the intended position.

What is the lead time for an office container?

We agree the schedule for each order after defining the configuration and delivery location. Tell us when the office needs to be in use. Before ordering, confirm the production, delivery and installation schedule, along with the date when the site must be ready.
