iContainers event containers help organise space at trade fairs, festivals, outdoor events and company functions. They can serve as information points, promotional stands, organisers' offices or support facilities tailored to the event.
The container's role at your event
Start by defining how visitors will be served and how many people will work inside. A promotional stand needs display space and contact with visitors; an organisers’ office needs workstations and support facilities. Catering use requires the services and equipment to be agreed separately.
Layout, branding and installations
We adapt the interior, finishes and equipment to the project. Specify your branding, lighting and the electrical requirements of the equipment. Discuss heating, air conditioning and ventilation together with the event location and dates.
What should you agree with the organiser before delivery?
Confirm the exact installation spot and the hours when delivery vehicles can enter the venue. Provide gate widths, access restrictions and unloading space. Site photographs and a plan help us discuss the delivery method.
- Agree who prepares the site and provides access to utility connections.
- State the available power supply and which devices will operate together.
- Describe the entrance, queue and service positions, considering visitor circulation.
- Specify when the stand must be ready and the time available for dismantling and collection.
If the container will travel between events, mention this when planning the design and equipment. Agree how items will be secured for transport and what installation work is required on site.
Transport, installation and quotation
Venue access dates, approach routes and the time needed for installation and collection are important. For several locations, provide the itinerary. Ask about current purchase, rental or leasing conditions for your project; scope and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
